Refund Policy
At Thin Blue Lines Fishing Charters and Eco-Tours, we strive to provide exceptional service and an unforgettable experience. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining fairness for both our guests and our business.
Cancellation & Refund Guidelines
Guest-Initiated Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled departure will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the scheduled departure will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less then 7 days prior to the scheduled departure will not be eligible for refunds.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or failure to show up will result in a 100% charge (no refunds will be issued).
No-shows or late arrivals that miss departure will not be eligible for refunds.
Rescheduling Policy:
Guests have the option to reschedule their trip once without penalty, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure. If a request to reschedule is made within 7 days of departure, a rebooking fee of $100 will apply.
Weather & Captain-Initiated Cancellations:
Safety is our top priority. If we cancel a trip due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, including the deposit.
The final decision regarding cancellations due to weather will be made by the captain.
Partial Trip Interruptions:
If a trip must be cut short due to weather or mechanical issues, we may offer partial refunds or rescheduling, depending on the circumstances.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at thinbluelinescharters@gmail.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
By booking a trip with Thin Blue Lines Fishing Charters, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
