Fishing License Requirement
Before heading out on your adventure with Thin Blue Lines Fishing Charters, all guests must have the proper fishing licenses to comply with Canadian regulations.
What you need?
To fish in tidal waters in British Columbia, you are required to have:
A Tidal Waters Sport Fishing License. This license is mandatory for all individuals fishing in marine waters.
A Salmon Conservation Stamp. If you plan on retaining any salmon, you must also purchase this stamp in addition to your fishing license.
Where to get your licence?
You can purchase your license and salmon stamp online through the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) website.
